Nikah AI Ltd trading as Cadencely is the controller for the personal data described here. Company number 17199968, registered in England and Wales; registered office Office 1216, 60 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 2EW; registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under number ZC176381. Contact: info@nikah-ai.com.

1. The Cadencely app on your computer

The app stores your brands, posts, media, connected-account tokens and AI keys on your own computer. We do not receive any of it. When you connect a social platform, AI provider or other service, the app sends data directly from your computer to that service under your account with it; for that data you are the controller and we play no part.

The only thing the app sends us is your licence key, about once a day, so that our licence server can return a renewed key. The key contains a random licence id, your plan and an expiry date. It does not identify you personally. Without a licence key (during the trial) the app sends us nothing at all.

2. Buying a subscription

Checkout is run by Stripe on its own pages, and the payment is processed by Onelink, Stripe's reseller service, which is an independent controller for the payment and tax data it needs. Stripe collects your card details, email address, name and billing address. We never see your card number. Stripe shares with us your email address, name, billing country and the status of your subscription and payments, which we use to provide and bill the subscription and to contact you about it (lawful basis: contract, and legal obligation for accounting records). Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy and may process it in the United States under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

3. Our licence server

For each licence we store: a random licence id, the plan, Stripe's customer, subscription and checkout ids, the subscription status and paid-up date, and when the record was created, updated and last renewed. We do not store your name, email address, IP address or any device identifier in it. Our web server does not keep access logs for this site. Lawful basis: contract.

4. Email

If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need to deal with it and for up to 24 months afterwards. Our mailbox is provided by Zoho.
